The Bay of Quinte 40 UNDER 40 is a campaign by the Bay of Quinte Regional Marketing Board to recognize and celebrate emerging leaders, creators, and change-makers under the age of 40 who are making a positive impact in the Bay of Quinte region. Launched in 2025, the initiative aims to highlight young talent driving innovation, community engagement, and business growth, with winners being celebrated at an awards event.

This annual award recognizes individuals, organizations and community groups who have demonstrated outstanding philanthropic leadership benefitting Kingston’s healthcare facilities and the provision of healthcare for the people of Kingston and southeastern Ontario.

“Fronts for a Day” is a community program where a young fan is given the special opportunity to become an honorary Kingston Frontenacs player for a game day. With support from Scotiabank, the chosen participant gets to step into the role of a Frontenac—experiencing behind-the-scenes access, meeting the team, taking part in pre-game activities, and being recognized as part of the lineup. It’s designed to celebrate youth, encourage community spirit, and create a memorable connection between the team, its fans, and local partners.
